Good to Very Good condition. 
Plays and sounds great! Factory Plek'd. Back of neck is clean. Frets in excellent shape. 
Some small dings pictured. Plenty of use swirls, back has some trails and light-to-medium scratches. Small finish chip at heel and headstock, pictured. Some lacquer yellowing in areas, lacquer imperfections and clouding. A fairly bluesh Surf Green, likely due to lacquer yellowing. 
Case has some wear and scrapes but is perfectly functional.
