Emails re: warranty and placed orders are still responded to within a day. Few other emails are possible.
I used to be able to respond to every last email, but tens of thousands of emails over the last seventeen years, cognitive changes and challenges, multiplying obligations, and a desire to be present as possible with my family, have conspired to change my emailing ability. I can't respond to everything and remain a functioning one-man shop.
Your interest in FuzzHugger means so much to me, and I wish I could respond to every question, every "what pedal can do x tones from x song?" But if I did that, I wouldn't have time to do everything else that needs to be done to build and ship pedals around the globe, and still be a person in my off-time. I don't pay for ads, or demo videos; FuzzHugger relies entirely on word-of-mouth from happy customers. I hope that continues despite being unable to respond to every email.
If your email is about warranty work or a placed order/pre-order, you can expect a reply within a day. Don't hesitate to re-send an email if you think I missed it. Warranty repairs usually take few days for repair and testing.
