I'm here to keep FuzzHugger pedals working their best.
This is important to me, and handled with the highest priority.
Just shoot me an email for warranty service.
Original Owners:
No parts or labor charge (except in cases of atypical abuse).
If you have a problem in the first year of ownership, FH covers round-trip shipping.
In your second year of ownership, FH covers return shipping; afterwards, just cover shipping costs.
Transferrable Warranty:
No parts or labor charge (except in cases of atypical abuse).
Owner pays round-trip shipping costs.
What's Covered:
FuzzHugger's warranty guarantees a functioning pedal.
In addition to replacing broken components, and ensuring proper functionality,
loose components will be tightened and reset, and any corroded parts will be replaced.
At my discretion, extensively-damaged clear-coated graphics may be refinished or stripped of their clear-coat (as an unpainted graphic is tougher than a clear-coated one).
Hand-painted finishes are not warrantied against chips or scratches. Finishes are not warrantied against wear-and-tear, scratches, or chips from use.
However, if your graphic has become blurry, this is a rare problem in some early FH graphics, and is covered under warranty. Also at my discretion, extensively-damaged clear-coated graphics may be refinished or stripped of their clear-coat.
