Here's a first-of-its-kind FuzzHugger 2-in-1!
On the left side is the modern/current Algal Bloom. Flexible, versatile, and tweaked for low noise and sustain.
On the right side, we have the older version of the Algal Bloom—namely, the older gain and clipping structure, with Gain and Push (formerly Bloom) knobs, which ground-out when turned down. Slightly gainier and noisier at the extremes, and cleans/slims up a bit more but with some fizzle. I've also added the Thick knob, so you can get a bit more or less extreme with the bias.
 
Compare and contrast the older and newer gain structures, and moreover, just flood yourself with tonal options and flexability.
Each side has its own in/out jacks; shares a power jack. (No batteries.)
