I hardly get to use them as much as I like, and when I do, I tend to spend a little too much time jamming when I should be working. The Hyperion is killer on both leads and
rhythm, the perfect combination of several
trademark Devi Ever sounds. Excellently
voiced: bright but not overly bright, a good
serving of gain but not noisy when you stop
playing, a hint of a gate, making for quieter
operation and just a bit of that Devi Ever
ripping sputter. Lots of harmonic overtones,
incredible sounding feedback, but not as
unbridled or as metal as the Aenima. It's a
blend of the best of Devi Ever that'll suit both
rhythm and lead players. Can you tell we love
this pedal?
