High gain, very overdriven!
Specifications

The Great Wall generates a huge wall of fuzz with impressive bass response! An alternative
to all those muff clones, the Great Wall gets both freakier and cleaner, with a unique and
huge sound. You're not limited to high gain...in addition to lower and higher gain
footswitchable fuzz modes, the pedal has a wide-range Gain control, for lower gain and
even slightly gated tones! Very flexible and versatile!

From focused, to splattery, to thick, to huge and open, to dark, to ragged, to unique decay, to
thin and nasty, and back to huge!
Gain, Fuzz, Volt, Tone, Tone Bypass, Level, and two fuzz modes for endless tonal
possibilities.
For electric guitar and bass!

The Controls!
• Master Gain: Back things off to a thinner, nastier, almost-gated tone. Ups the brightness a bit
when rolled back.
• Gain/Fuzz: Increases both the fuzz level and the amount that the second half of the fuzz stage
is overdriven--from a fat, thick fuzz, to a open fuzz dist, to overfuzzed and more focused.
• Volt: A voltage reducer, starting at 9v and reducing for texture change, unique gain reduction,
and dying battery tones!
• Tone: Tone control with a nice wide rage, from lows to nasty highs! Bypassable by toggle
switch!
• Tone Bypass Toggle: Allows you to bypass the tone control, which really opens the pedal up
for a full-on unfiltered tone! (Also, a big output/volume increase!)
• Level: Your master volume control...with a huge amount of available volume!

Mode one + on/off (Right Footswitch): A Less overdriven fuzz compared to the standard Great
Wall fuzz. When in mode one, the Gain/Fuzz knob is bypassed.
Mode two (Both Footswitches): With both switches on, you're at full Great Wall tone! You can
preset whether you want this mode on or off (the right footswitch turns the pedal on/off...this
switch operates independently). Also, preset the amount of extra drive and fuzz this will bring in
by setting it on the Gain/Fuzz knob!

"What a phenomenal pedal! I feel like I've been searching forever for something that will give me an
intense, high-gain fuzz without destroying the starts and stops of my notes with sputters and stutters...
After another rehearsal tonight I'm sure this the best fuzz I've ever run my bass through."
--Dave, CA

"I just had to write back now that I've had a few days with the Great Wall. This pedal is AWESOME!!
Thanks so much for putting such great sounds in such a little box. This baby does everything from fairly
smooth to splattery fuzzy goodness. I'm loving it!"
--Tony, CA

"It's got a lot of the same range of tones as a Big Muff, but it's much, much deeper - the Big Muff quits
where this pedal keeps going and going, on both sides. It gets cleaner than the muff, it gets dirtier than the
muff, it gets meaner than the muff, and if you really dime out everything it even gets a little freaky which
the Muff won't do."
-Jeff, AK

"The Great Wall blew me away with its flexibility, dynamic ability, and general tone to the point that I
ultimately used the simplest possible settings on my amp. [...] I love the sound of it, overall, and just got
lost in the variety of texture. I found an interesting mix of dense, bottom heavy drone and sputtery, glitched
out splatter fuzz. [...] I've wanted something that could this for a few years now, and waited to the right
thing came along, and I'm very happy I did."
--Trey, LA

"This thing is amazing! This may be my favorite high gain pedal I've ever played, but I hesitate to say that
after only having it for a week ;) I've tried nearly everything [...] and I think the Great Wall sits at the top of
the heap."
--Eric

"Awesome. F'real. Big and fat and juicy!! Really, that TRIM knob is the key to the whole thing. You can go
from subtle to blazing just by turning that. Sweet little box."
--Nick, IN

"Really versatile pedal, lots of crazy features and lots of usable tones in this pedal. Broad spectrum. Nifty
tone switch."
--Joseph, VA

"The more I play with it the more I love it. Ran it through modulation and delay today, and tried a drone
open D with melody on the G. Great definition... This is far and away the best fuzz I've ever used."
--Keith, MD

"I just got done with an hour of playing a Stratocast into the great wall into a super reverb, and was blown
away all over again. Obviously the flexibility of the pedal was again at the forefront the whole time,
however, the fact that there was so much bass, even with the 4x10s of the super reverb was shocking.
But even more than that, the fact that there is such a wide range of usable tones, with out slipping into
unusable or overly noisy territory, was very surprising in a very good way. No matter how many different
ways I tweaked the settings I pretty much constantly found usable tones. However you created this
behemoth with that kind of restraint is damn near a miracle in my mind."
