This thing is insane! Some of the most fun I've ever
had playing a pedal.
Born out of some experimentation cascading half
an Algal Bloom circuit with an additional fuzz stage,
modding it further from there, and adding an
Oscillation mode complete with blips, pitched
oscillation, and even a stable octave down! The

A harmonic-blasting, liquidy, light-sabery, layered fuzz--with a tone-shaping gain knob
and a texture knob takes you from smooth and searing to splattery!
From there, add a mind-altering second mode with wild oscillation, whale calls, blips,
self-arpeggiation, more synth tones, and fat octave down! The AB-SYNTH.

The Controls!
• 2nd Footswitch: Oscillation mode on/off (operates independently from on/off footswitch).
• Trip: In Oscillation mode, this knob is your main oscillation control.
• Gain: The AB-Synth is pretty high-gain all around...this control takes you from high-gain to
higher, while increasing focus and sizzle! Harmonic, open fuzz, to overfuzzed, over-layered,
liquid, sizzling synth!
• Texture: Lets you control the texture of the fuzz.  Hard left is a blistering, sizzling surge,
and hard right is splattery. Lots of tones and responses to dial in. (slight scratch as circuit
rebiases).
• Level: Your master volume control...with a huge amount of available volume!

In Oscillation mode, Gain and Texture controls become additional oscillation tuners with
the Trip knob being your main oscillation flavor control. For synth bass, roll back on your
guitar's volume knob!
The oscillation mode requires passive pickups.

AB SYNTH and that thing is SICK!
One side of it is a VERY GOOD sounding high gain
fuzz...nice decay, very natural sounding, plenty of
sustain.
Hit the switch, and goes bananas. Sorta Fuzz Factory
like, but different. I was able to get some REALLY cool
sputtering and noises with it. BUT...it sounds like a
normal fuzz as long as you are PLAYING, but as soon
as you let a note sustain for a few seconds, it starts
going seriously weird.
I was able to just move my left hand up and down the
scale, and have it bass fuzz out on me.
...very strange and beautiful.
And as a fuzz, it sounds really good! It's a high gainer
FOR SURE..I never felt the need to stack it with any
other gain or boost."

gets thicker and bigger from there. You can get some
pretty interesting lead tones out of it. Depending on the
settings it can clean up decently with the vol knob of
